Every gate is a little different. While these parts are designed for a standard pressure gate, I have included the SCAD file. You can customize the diameter and depth to ensure a perfect fit for your specific hardware.

• Safety First: Baby gates are vital safety equipment. If you are unsure of your ability to perform a secure repair, please replace the gate entirely.

• Material Selection: * Pads: Use TPU 95A (like Sunlu or Bambu TPU).

  • Wall Rings: Use PETG, ASA, or ABS.

• Slicer Settings: This part is under constant compression. Use 6+ walls and a high infill (40%+) to ensure the internal structure does not collapse under the force of the pressure bolt.
