Summary

I bought a GMKtec G3 mini PC, and wanted to add external fans for cooling. Here are the images of the parts and assembly of that fan for mounting on the Mini. Also shown is the Fans I used for the assembly, I hot glued the fans in the mount. wired the fans in series and they plugged into the USB jack on the PC for power. The flange is used to stop the PC from going to far into the mount and fills the small gap due to the dual fan width was wider than the PC. The fans are positioned so they are pulling air through the PC. The did drop the temp of the mini PC. This was printed in PLA and was super glued together, the leg section is 2 part and glued in the middle then onto the fan mount. I added felt pads on each leg to stop sliding and double sided tape to hold the PC in and easy removal if needed. I used Fusion 360 to generate the STL for printing.
