When working on the z axis you can hold the heatbed inplace with the hook on the frame.

Use 2 hooks on the left and right side of the bed.

Update made the hook little bit longer to have more support. (85mm version)
Also added a support ring if you have a larger (aluminium) bed mounted on the stock heatbed like I have.
