I wanted my PS4 at my shop, didn't want to leave it on the desk to get knocked off.

As a precaution, I used double sided tape on the mount to minimize sliding.

This was designed using some M6 hex head bolts I found at Oreily's Auto Parts. It is specifically for this Vizio TV.

YOU will need to make sure that YOU are using the proper screws and DEPTH for YOUR TV.

Although I used hex head bolts to use the mount itself as the tool for leverage, I'm sure a fillips/flat screw that will fit in the hole will do the trick as well.
