I printed .3 layer height with 15% infill.  This was custom fitted to the specific flash light I had so the STLs may or may not be appropriate for yours.

I included the fusion360 files so you can modify accordingly.  You should just need to tweak the diameter of the base circles in the first sketch on the timelines
