Print as many hexagons as you like and assemble them into a pattern of your choice.

The hexagons can then be equipped with a LED strip of your choice and controlled, for example, via an Arduino or a Ras Pi.

As filament for the lid I recommend transparent filament and very thin bottom and top layers in the slicer.
