I was using the Cable Camel by NeedItMakeIt along with Booleans And Things K1 Max 10 degree Cable chain riser and it was still hitting the x rail. I wound up printing both in PLAF as I didn't have any ABS. so it's possible that was a reason. I was going to just extrude the cable camel to be taller but I figured why not just see if this simple design works. So far it doesn't hit that rail anymore. 

You will need an M3x 30mm bolt along with a small washer. Do not over tighten so the cable chain can still pivot as designed.
