For Reddit and everyone else!

Alright, I printed this Soda Spinner, set it up, and posted it to Reddit thinking nothing of it. To my surprise, it blew up and due to popular demand, the Soda Spinner STLs are now public!

This works on all standard soda can sizes! I'm planning on making different parts that spin on the top so it can turn other things, ice cream maker? hint hint. I'd love to see tons of remixes with all your awesome idea!

Specs

The container has a tolerance of 0.6mm so if this isn't able to accommodate your printer please let me know and I'll try to get a new tolerance.

I used the Eudax EU-HS25-S motor for this project so all the dimensions are designed for it. One thing to note though is that pages that are selling the motor don't have all the correct dimensions, I would recommend doing your own measurements, sadly I don't have a caliper so I had to use a ruler oof.

Parts:

There are three STLs, mainHolder (The soda holder), base (which holds the motor), and wheel (just a wheel that increases stabilization and helps with support.)

Settings:

mainHolder:

1. Turn supports on
2. Rotate on its side to a 45-degree angle (This will be the shortest print time and the support will be easiest to remove)
3. If you can't turn it 45 degrees make sure the hole for the shaft doesn't have supports in it or it'll get damaged and the tolerance will be off.

Base:

1. Make sure supports are on and they are everywhere not "just touching build plate"

Wheels:

1. Duplicate 6 wheels into your slicer
2. Make sure they're lying flat

Once everything is printed remove all supports. After that take the base and insert your choice of battery (3v-12v) through the hole. Then put your motor on the inside of the base and solder it together then just slot it in and pull the wires back. Next, drop all the wheels into the groove on the base and carefully slot the mainHolder onto the motor shaft making sure that the wheels enter the mainHolder's groove too. Once that's all done enjoy! You just made a Soda Spinner! You can also make more complicated systems with switches, potentiometers, etc.
