My attempt at a fully parametric, textured and weight optimized model for a mouse scroll wheel.

The dimensions can be adjusted in FreeCAD through the variables section that has detailed adjustable parameters for almost everything i could think of.

The print itself is quite difficult to print and has a problem with durability on very thin sections of the axle, Do your best to orient the print such that layer lines don't add fault lines horizontally the axle (it might just snap off and get stuck in your encoder) or just use a resin printer (I haven't tried resin myself).
