I really did it from the scratch using OOML ( http://iearobotics.com/oomlwiki ) but the idea is of http://www.thingiverse.com/irts.

You can print directly the STL files, scaling them at your wisth. The pusher is slightly smaller than the hole in the base, so it should work. I do not really know whether it will break the paper :S.

You can also modify the source code. Download the .zip file. This is C++ code and needs to be linked with the C++ OOML Library. Follow the instructions on the wiki page ( http://iearobotics.com/oomlwiki ) on how to install OOML.
