Files are in Brazilian Portuguese so I will give a rundown of each below.
This was printed with Voolt Velvet Black PLA and Voolt Purple PLA for the details, at 0.4mm nozzle diameter and 0.2mm layer height.
Electronics where a 120mm 12V computer fan, a 12V 1A power supply, 5 UV 5mm LEDs with 580ohms resistors.
Please note that this is an amateur project, and the FreeCAD file "Pega Mosquito.FCStd" is available if you wish to make any changes.
- Copo.stl is the base. I printed it the way it imports in the slicer, with supports. I had some issues with the corners breaking, but I just superglued them after.
- Funil.stl is the funnel, it is where the 120mm fan is attached and its cord passed through. Printing as-is, with support only for the cable part shouldn't give you trouble.
- Grade.stl is the grid to be glued to the side of the base. If you have other options such as a fabric which allows wind to pass through, that's fine.
- Pés.stl are the stilts to connect the top part with the funnel. Be aware that this part is the same size as the hole in the top part, so print it with some X-Y Countour compensation (I'd recommend -0.5mm)
- Topo.stl is the top, meant for the electronics. Be aware to print with supports for the holes that contain the stilts. Also be aware that the holes were designed for the components I purchased.
- Encaixe Leds.stl is a holder for the 5mm LEDs. I couldn't find a better way to make a printer friendly version of this setup without separating it.
- Tampa.stl is the lid used for the top.
