The Webber Summit series of grills has backlit burner knobs. To enable the LEDs you press a momentary switch. This switch has a “waterproof” rubber sleeve over it that keeps the switch mechanism inside and out of the elements.
The rubber degrades over time, probably due to natural ozone in the air. It might also degrade with cleaners that you might use to clean the grill over the years. Rather than buy an expensive new switch (if you can find one) I decided to replace the rubber cover with my own using TPU flexible filament. It is a little stiffer than the original, but it works!

Notes:
Print upside-down, so the top of the button is against the print bed. The bulb/bulge helps to allow compression of the material when you press the button. The angles are such that no supports are necessary.
Once printed, you will need to remove the switch, unscrew the chrome bezel and remove the old rubber. This fits perfectly, but needs to go through the chrome bezel which secures it once screwed down onto the switch mechanism.
I also added some dielectric grease to give a better seal, to provide lubrication on the sliding plastic parts inside, and to keep the metal contacts from corroding, as they will inevitably feel effects of some moisture.
