This is easily modified text plate switch. You switch the state one to another easily by sliding the plate to another side. 

You can create your own text on your slicing software. I am using the Orca Slicer and it's Emboss Text feature.

• Depth: 1mm
• Bold

If you want to print the text on different color, change the filament on layer 21. 

Parts that you need to print:

• plateSwitchBack 
• plateSwitchCover
• 2x plateSwitchEnd
• 2x plateSwitchTextPlate

I printed all the parts on 0.20mm layer height. The plateSwitchBack need support. I used Normal support nad Grid type. I superglued the end parts to the back part's ends.
