This is a bracket I made for the original Oculus Rift Headset after mine broke. Print the bracket itself with supports and a brim. But the round adapter that attaches to the headset shouldn't need either one. Everything should fit pretty snug, but I recommend gluing the 2 parts together.

Remove the velcro from the old bracket and glue it onto this one. If you are making one for the right side, simply mirror the bracket model in any modeling program
