Inspired by this beautiful Mobius Bangle (thank you!) I created one that is not as beautiful but has only 1 solid with 2 turns.

It will require support, and this support might be difficult to remove. Yet it is possible, I made a nice one.

After carefully removing supports, some sanding will yield a smoother surface.

Using FreeCad, I created a macro for placing the profile sketch at multiple positions along 720 degrees, each with corresponding rotation angle.
With another macro I created overlapping lofts from the profiles.
From the lofts, the holes are cut (cut tool objects placed with 3rd macro), then the lofts are combined.
