Thanks to Eigentor for the original design (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6830041), which I liked just wanted to remove some of the unnecessary filament. It still fits sleeved cards and support vertical storage with no lid lift.

My print in the photos is hashed as I print without tops/bottoms/walls to save on filament.
