This is an adapter/mounting option for a range finder to a tripod.

The inside dimensions are 45mmx78.5mm

Printed in PLA+ @ 20% infill (gyroid) 

Printed with paint on supports for the holes.

You will have to heat up the M3 insert and push it into the print. With the ¼-20 insert, you will need to heat it up then slowly push/ thread it into place making sure you keep it as straight as possible. 

I used a longer M3 screw to hold the insert while I heated it up and pressed it in.

I used a longer ¼-20 bolt for the same process for the ¼-20 insert. But I tightened some bolts against the insert so i could thread it into the print without burning myself.
