I just drew a diagram of the broken small speaker. The modules are available on Taobao. Just put the modules in the grooves and stick them together with hot melt glue. Don't forget to add tree-like supports. The list includes two unused small speakers, a 60mm diagonal PAM8403 module, a microUSB slot, a 3.5mm audio port, some wires, and M4 screws. I used large screws from a computer case.
