Amended the Orb to accept an original Xbox Jewel, you should be able to use an original Jewel or an aftermarket one. I left the centre section empty so you can use a clear jewel to then see into the case. Just use some superglue on the edges to secure.

It may require some light sanding depending on your printer tolerance as I wanted a fairly snug fit.
