Hook holder designed for use with fishing rods of diameter >=10 mm w/o any integrated provisions. Avoids misusing rod rings.
Two options for fixation, "hook bar" and "line loop hook".

Fixed with an O-ring to the rod, other rubber bands might do as well - haven't tried.
