Couldn't find one to purchase like I wanted so I made one. Here is my design for a Tofu Press. Tighten it a turn or so every 20 minutes for an hour and even leave it overnight in the fridge if you want to maximize the effect. For anyone who has tried to hand press Tofu or precariously stack all of your cast iron pans on top of a tofu brick will appreciate this kitchen tool.

This uses a lot of supports when printed. Although I have a good 1mm clearance around all parts, the excess plastic left behind by the supports required some sanding/melting/grinding to get rid of all of the excess plastic and smooth the surfaces out. Once done, it fit together like a glove so if you're going to tackle this project, make sure you have plenty of finishing tools. If you don't, consider printing the lid and screw just t touch larger (101%?) to ensure there is some slop. Don't change the size of the plate to the box though as it is a close fit with 1mm of tolerance all the way around.
