This was one of my earliest designs, made in 2016 when I was installing a cover for my first printer. I tried "real" metal hinges, but the gap between them was too large. These are self-centering and quite durable. The "B" version can be used on doors and can be lifted off for removal.
They are designed to be very tight. If you have any difficulties using them, I've provided a slightly looser version called "+"
The screw hole is Ø4.5mm
It also comes with decorative corner pieces for the side panels of the outer cover.
Use powerful air cooling during printing.
The floor height is 0.15 meters.
Just for fun, I've printed these using most of the materials I've tried. PLA, ABS, PETG, and nylon all performed well.
