Here's their tips
"I printed the parts with a flat face on the table with the axis of the oval vertical so there is no support needed for the stand and only support needed inside the drawer. So the only post printing operations are getting the support out of the drawer and a little scraping to remove the bit of squish where the inside of the oval was on the bed to allow the drawer to slide in.
This works best with the watch strap closed. If you need the item bigger or smaller just scale in the slicer. I just scaled in 2 planes, the 2 that do not affect the length the watch slides on to. I found I needed to scale less than I guessed."
