This is my custom recreation of a snatch block pulley tested to 50lb. The parts press fit together and the only necessary additional component is an 8x22x7 ball bearing that is press-fitted inside the inner pulley. These are designed for most sizes of paracord and small rope.

Notes:
In order to get a good resolution of the curve, I suggest using supports with 0.1mm vertical separation from part, 0.5mm resolution, and 0.3mm offset from the part. The supports will require a bit of effort to remove, but the quality is worth it. I also suggest printing the inside down to hide any blemishes from supports inside the pulley and not on the exterior.
I will also be printing in carbon fiber-infused polycarbonate material to see if lifting capacity improves.
