This is a replacement frame for the popular voltage/current panel meter COM-VAM10010. With the original frame the top segment of the voltage display is sometimes concealed when viewed from above, so a 1 and a 7 look the same. With this frame, that effect is mitigated (see photos, the original frame is black, the replacement is white).
