I needed a third hand to hold the tangle sensor tube while I depressed the PTFE holder with one hand and inserted the tube securely with the other.

Printed in PETG for flexible strength. Used the Plus4 Strength profile. Added a 8mm brim 0.0 from the object to avoid slippage.
