I was building an enclosed Mk3S printer for a local school and needed a way to keep the Bento Box from tipping over in the Prusa enclosure, but it also needed to be removable so that the carbon and HEPA filters could be changed out easily by the teachers.
I came up with this base that attaches to the Bento Box base and uses press fit magnets to secure the bento box assembly to any place on the floor of the enclosure with ease. I'm not sure if the kids will ever be printing with engineering filaments, but I figured this was an easy upgrade that will let the class grow with the printer.
I printed this in PETG, but ABNS or ASA would work, as well. Probably Even PLA, depending on how hot you run your enclosure. Considering that this will be up against the metal floor, it should act like a heat sink.
