This harness was developed to reduce failures in the Micromod Teensy board due to the offset set screw causing stress on the board. This harness has a latch at the center which will hold the board in place without skew. It will click into place when the board is pushed down. There is a cutout to go around the offset screw for old boards. An optional hole that will accommodate an M1 threaded screw insert like https://www.mcmaster.com/products/inserts/thread-size~m1/ will allow mounting the harness to the PCB. This seems unnecessary as the fit is snug enough to hold everything in place.

You should print this at .1mm layer height since the detail is fine.
