Summary
This is a clip to hold a 15mm 15 inches neon, in a custom Dance Dance revolution base box with 12 inch subs. The neon probably comes from drummania. (stock DDR is 10 inch subs, not 12)
It uses the speaker bolts so no additional screws are required.
Hoping that my "first design" could help someone!
