Well 50 yrs. later there is finally a new perm rod in town. No elastic band to hold the rod in place. Now its a tension free slide rod holder. Probably the easiest rod and clamp system ever designed. One more modernization of the new rod is little rod clamps that can join each rod together like a Lego. Prints without rafts, supports and brims. Easily change the scale to make a bigger or smaller rod. The original rod is based of purple or peach sized rod. The clamp size doesn't need to be altered in size; it works with any rod size.
