The LED is mounted flush to the PCB pointing up instead of on wire leads as pictured from Sparkfun.
Use two 1/2 4-40 screws to secure the lid.
No special 3D printing instructions. Print at your favorite layer. I've test printed in both .3mm and .2mm resolution.
