This is a simple template for practicing framing and composition with a few standard frames sizes (square, landscape, portrait). It acts as a bookmark for sketchbooks, but also has small holes to accurately divide your traced frame in thirds. 

I take it with me when traveling to quickly and cleanly make frames for sketching out scenes for art or architectural visualization.
