Toggle bolts are a hollow wall anchor designed for use in block, wallboard, plaster, plywood as well as other hollow base materials. Toggle bolts are a two-part assembly consisting of a machine screw and a wing toggle.  This is used to keep the “wing nut” from spinning and not tightening.

Need at least a 10mm hole, could make smaller by shrinking in your slicer.
