Summary
This is a version of the Tea Gallows (see https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2630698) working with an Attiny84 on a onesided PCB made with Eagle. There are three printed parts which are different:
bottom_PCB.stl, top_PCB.stl, panel_PCB.stl, knob.stl
The necessary Eagle-file for making a PCB is "tea_gallows_attiny84.brd"
The bascom-file for programming the Attiny84 is "tea_gallows_attiny84.bin"
You need the following electronical parts for the PCB:
(Programming adaptor for the Attiny84)
ATTINY 84A-PU: Atmel AVR 8-bit 8 KB, DIP-14
R1 – R9: protective resistor, 150 Ohm, SMD Size 0805
Led1 – 8: 3mm, normal LEDs without internal resistor
Ceramic capacitor: 100nF, SMD Size 0805
Tactile switch: length of the actuator: ~6mm, such as (https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/tactile-switches/4791435/)
Photomos Relais: Panasonic, AQY212S (https://www.buerklin.com/de/photomos-relais/p/29g8781)

Programming
First you have to set the fuses as described here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2630698
Flash the memory with tea_gallows_attiny84.bin. Since we need the Port B3 as digital output (Reset-Pin!) you have finally to disable external reset in the fuses. This means, afterwards you have no access to the µC anymore. Only a H(igh)V(oltage)-programmer can bring it back to factory settings and make it programmable again!!! Good luck!
Capacitor
The ceramic capacitor is neither seen on the schedule nor on the board. You solder it between the legs of Pin 1 and Pin 14 (see photo)
