One of the 4 handles on an old cabinet we've used for years broke; finding a matching replacement was pretty much impossible. I came up with this solution. Regretfully, the old thru-holes have wallered out, making perfect alignment difficult. The holes are 99.8mm apart center-to-center. In retrospect, the escutcheon could have been a little bigger to hide the previous one's footprint.
