Very easy print - just lay it on its side and use a high infill value. I used 50% trihexagonal with PLA+ and 0.2mm layers.

If you want to adjust the width to hang other things, just scale Z after laying it down in your slicer. I found that 5mm wide is still enough to hold a lightweight/empty backpack, but the hook will flex.
