I present you the oddly specific ikea IDANÄS bed drawer replacement part.

Long story short, this specific ikea bed https://www.ikea.com/es/en/p/idanas-bed-frame-with-storage-white-30458870/#content, which is one of the ikea premium-like models, came in with a defect. 

The bottom drawers, are attached with some pine wood plates to the middle frame, and then the guide for the drawer is attached as you can see in the instructions.

Basically, the pine wood weakened, and after a week of assembling, the empty drawer just gave in without nobody touching it. I spent some time at customer service, and they didn't offer a replacement: the only option they gave me is to return the whole package and buy it again. I got a bit mad, so I took one of parts from the one of three drawers, and made an my own version of it.

The design is similar to the original, but I adjusted the holes so they are all through so it's easier to print and assemble. I printed it in petg with 5 perimeters and really high infill, and still holds 1 year after.

Another significant difference is the design comes in two parts, because it's quite long and it didn't fit my ender 3 bed so I added a dovetail that should hold itself by force. It can also be glued. In the project pictures, there's one that explains exactly how it's assembled and how it looks.

So, TLDR, print settings:

• high infill, about 60% or more
• 4 perimeters
• print in PETG to have a bit more of flexibility, because PLA will be more rigid and you can break it more easilly with the torsion of the self tapping screws.
• 0.20 or 0.28 mm layer height.

I suggest printing a test fit first (using prusaslicer to cut it), so you can test the dovetail first.

All freecad files are included, also an assembly of the whole thing.
