During summer months, fruit flies are a pain and are always hanging around the most important equipment in my kitchen, namely my Perfect Draft PerfectDraft beer pump.

I created this little cap to slide over the tap when not in use.

This is the 3rd iteration and I think I've got it where I want.

First model was just a simple cap.

Second model had an addition to thread string through the side so you could attach it to the tap so it won't get lost when you take it off.

Third model was a bit better looking and had smoother edges.
The only problem I've found printing it this time was the seam was adjacent to the string attachment hole which made the fit of the cap a little bit tighter than I'd allowed for.

If you're going to print this, check the settings in your slicer to randomise the seam.
