Instructions
- Print the base plate. Trim any flash or wide layers.
- Place one small drip of epoxy in each hole to receive a magnet. I used 9 magnets, though the plate supports up to 15.
- Place a magnet in each hole with epoxy. Press on the plate and magnets with a flat surface (e.g. scrap wood) to seat and align all magnets evenly. Part is designed so magnets protrude slightly (0.1mm), for good contact.
- Let epoxy cure to "full cure" time in instructions, or magnets may pry out prematurely.
- Print the headphone hook. Trim any flash or wide layers.
- Assemble the two printed components together, using ABS cement, acetone, or epoxy.
