I didn't want to have to layer a separate GoPro mount/strap so I tested attaching to my existing Camelbak. The most stable was right at the sternum strap so I designed this GoPro slide mount to replace the original sternum strap holder. Add a small roll of webbing and a side release buckle and you don't have to cut the stitches on the original so you can easily swap back to the original strap if wanted.

I grew up in the 80's just before CAD was mainstream and I learned to design things on paper so I'm sure my CAD skills are not great. I'm sure it can be improved on a lot.
