Summary

If you don't like printing with supports, then lower the model to the level of the second bottom (the height of the model is about 97.1 mm).
Try printing 0.8mm wide with a 0.4mm nozzle. You can also increase the print speed up to 100 mm /s (perimeter, increase the other parameters proportionally, but based on the capabilities of your printer).
