Summary
As you can see in the picture the loop of my apple watch case from spigen finaly broke after 1.5 years so i printed a replacement.
AFTER PRINTING:
i sanded the edges that touch my arm a little to round them over. Otherwise it comes ready to use from the printer.
The buckle is held in by springloaded pins on each side. You can get it off by pushing it back with a small flathead screwdriver between the band and the metal from the buckle.
