Fidget spinner with 13.494mm bearing balls as weights.

Use pliers to press bearing balls into holes. There is pocket inside the hole so they fit nicely.

Bearing is any type 608.

I recommend bearing “608 2RS” with plastic covers. Remove covers, soak baring in acetone or alcohol for a few hours to get rid of heavy lubricant. Grease cleaned up bearing with oil for light instruments (sewing machines, bicycles, …).
