This is a led and cable mounting channel for Ikea Besta shelfs, but would probably suit any shelf that is 20.5mm thick. The Led strip I used are 8mm wide, they do not require any gluing, as the channel is designed to hold the led strip in as a friction fit, included is a channel that holds an electrical cable to join the front and back led strips. The Besta glass doors have a black frame that conceals the channels and cables when viewed front on
