Manufacturing procedure:

• Material: PETG
• 3D Printer: FDM 3D printer, average print time 2 – 10 hours, depending on size
• Slicer settings: 7 perimeters, 0.3mm layer height, print vertically, use brim
• Post processing instructions: Clean the stringing, remove the brim
• Assembly instructions: Do not use PVC glue, use epoxy or cyanoacrylate, use insulation tape to prevent leaking
   

Parameters for customization:

• Following parameters can be adjusted using Autodesk Fusion 360
• InnerDiameter1 – Enter value of internal diameter of the first side – default 80mm
• InnerDiameter2 – Enter value of internal diameter of the second side – default 100mm
• ConnectorHeight – Height each part where the PVC pipe enters the coupling - default 50mm
• MidPartHeight – Distance of each connector part of the coupling (the part in the middle). - default 40mm
