This device I made is specifically crafted for slicing chicken breast and tricky items like bread and bagels. It features several spacers, allowing me to stack them up in the tray and adjust the slicing thickness as needed. Once I've got the right number of spacers to achieve the desired thickness, I simply place the item I want to slice on top of them in the tray and press it down with the pusher block. Then, I use the outer edge of the tray as a guide to smoothly slice through the food.
