I decided not to use supports since the rough surface is covered by upper part of the wire holder.

It may be necessary to do some sanding to get the upper portion (wrapping post) to fit into the lower portion but in my case it fit without any sanding.

The lower portion (mount) fits into the slots in the back of the meter cover snugly but double sided tape could be used to make it more secure if desired.

This was designed in DesignSpark V2 although version 4 beta is available the files generated are not backwards compatible and as I use both the 32 bit and 64 bit versions I am going to continue using version 2 of DesignSpark unless I really need the blend feature.
