Using an epoxy glue, I fix a 150x5.6mm galvanized nail into the hole, but it will be necessary to cut off the nail head.

You can use any filament, but I've printed lots of these for my club in eSun PLA+.   If they get damaged, you can salvage the nail and use it again.
