NEEDED ITEMS:
MAIN STRUCTURE
6 x 19cm rod
2 x 21-22cm 8mm threaded rod

HANDLE
1 x 13-14cm 8mm threaded rod (for COG & SPINE cross piece)
1 x 9cm 8mm threaded rod (for arm)

SPRING
1 x 2.1cm x 14cm spring

MOTOR
27.8mm around motor from a cheap Dremel

I also used STUD-LOCK on the nuts for the arm to stop it from moving, superglue would do it just as well.
And superglue the nuts at the bottom in. ( I may alter the design so save doing this! )
