These parts turn ProfiCook PC-DR 1116 food dehydrator into filament dryer. The dryer has space for two spools of filament.

The body of the dryer consists of two pairs of identical parts. The sides have holders for 12mm shaft to support the spools. The ends have holes where pneumatic tube connectors can be installed to guide the filament to printer.

The dryer is designed to fit a standard-sized spool, with the shaft centered in the spool’s hole. The included adapter consisting of a threaded rod and two flanges fits most spools. If you encounter spools with different hole sizes, custom adapter flanges can be printed for compatibility.

The assembly of the dryer body requires 8 pcs of M5x20 hexagon socket head cap screws and 8 pcs of M5 square nuts.

The parts can fit on the build volume of Prusa i3 Mk3. The ends are printed upside down and the sides outside face against the print bed. PETG is recommended as material.
